Install as a regular mod if using SpinTiresMod.exe version 1.6.3
If not – then copy the texture files from the _t folder to the TextureCache.zip archive with a replacement (before this, copy the original archive (save)).
And copy the folder billboards to the folder Media.

It seems beautiful but where can I find Spintiresmod v1.6.3 ?
This doesn’t work for me. Using steam version so I manually copied the files into the directories and overwrite everything. When the game loads in it just sits at a loading screen and won’t continue. Any idea what could be going wrong please?
