The map is made for the winter mod.
To play it, you need to install the Winter Mod. Otherwise there will be brown snow! And harder dirt. But you can play WITHOUT fashion.

Make a backup copy of the game or its files before installation. Namely – Media.zip, MeshCache.zip, TextureCache.zip
To play online, you will have to install SpinTiresMod.
