Refinement mod from Flax.

A lot of things have been changed in fashion (I do not work in 3dmaxe, so all the complaints about the model to the original author of the mod)

Changes:
– cab texture and cabin interior
– prescribed the sound of the engine (became more real)
– external lighting (side lights, xenon)
– suspension and chassis (wheels from the author dan_ft)
– used truck logos from Master Shadow

Cab view, steering wheel animation
10 of their addons
Carry 3-5-6-8 points of load
