TWM Peterman 389 Oilfield Truck Pack v1.0
A pair of trucks inspired by the American Workhorse, the Peterbilt 389, built-up to customer specs for heavy usage in the oilfield patches of Snowrunner. Both trucks feature a slew of custom-made accessories with specialized addons suited for their specific purpose! These trucks are as gorgeous as they are hard-working, with 6×6 and a permanent diff-lock per-customer-specs, they can tackle any and all terrains! Whilst they are tuned more heavily in the OP direction, they are not invincible!
There are two variants of Peterman 389s, the oilfield bedtruck and the oilfield winch tractor:
+The Bedtruck has a oilfield-style bed with a rear live roll and powerful winch to hoist up skid-based cargo and equipment from my Oilfield Skid Pack
++It also features a new crane-style/mechanic I managed to get working in Snowrunner, a pair of gin poles that form a bed-mounted crane!
++If that wasn’t enough it also has a flippable 5th wheel (saddle) that can be deployed to attach trailers (separate bed addons for each)
++IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU DON’T HAVE MORE THAN 2 CARGO LOADED WHEN USING THE FLIPPABLE 5TH WHEEL!!
++IT IS ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT NO CARGO IS LOADED WHEN USING THE GIN POLE CRANE!!
TWM Modding does not accept any responsibility for cargo launched into sub-orbit if the gin pole crane or the flippable 5th wheel is used improperly!
+The Winch Tractor variant is mainly to be used for hauling trailer-based cargo and with my upcoming Oilfield Trailer Pack.
++The winch truck has a powerful and long winch to help in loading cargo onto oilfield-based trailers and for general help in recovery scenarios.
++The Winch Tractor also features a custom-built logging headache rack that will work flawlessly with my upcoming Logging Trailer/Addon Pack.
These trucks were custom commissioned and the addons and performance of them reflects what the commissioners wanted within my scope of work. They are not as modular as many vanilla trucks but that is by design and by request. No changes will be made to these trucks without the commissioners’ approval or desire.
