Overlay “road barrier” or “bump” for card makers.
It fits on the map like a regular overlay, like def. curb, wires, breaks, etc.

Models are not cached, you can use both in spintires and mudrunner.
There are no seams / joints of textures, outwardly everything is normal (you can see it on the screenshots).
There are 3 types of barriers in the archive, a screen is attached to each.

Version 1.2 for SpinTires (v13.04.15 +):
Fixed registration of textures, now the editor does not swear.
