Modification of the truck Ural 4320-1912-40 v1.2
Minor refinement / adjustment of the Urals 4320-1912-40 from msergt. New textures, new wheels (by msergt), new sound, reconfigured light marker lights, the icon in the menu is also corrected.

Version 1.2 for Spintires: MudRunner (v18 / 05/21):
Fixed label, added their tracks for new wheels, still requires a basic mod to work. With the steam version of this Ural mod is not yet compatible.
