Lightbar Rework v1.0
This is a retexture and reprogram for the Flasher Bar that is available by default on the International Loadstar, Ford F-750, Jeep CJ7, Jeep Wrangler, and the Land Rover Defender 110.
The default red bar is rather dim, the lights barely visible, even at night, this mod brightens up the lights considerably, and changes the colours to an Amber/Blue/Amber scheme for a bit of variety.
The texture for the lenses and speaker grille has been redone to give it a look closer to its real-life counterpart.
The inner, middle and outer pairs of lights all have their own rotation speed now, giving the bar a better flash pattern than the default one.
THIS MOD IS MANUAL INSTALL ONLY
It is strongly recommended to create a backup of your initial.pak and the two textures that you will be overwriting in shared_textures.pak
Installation:
Navigate to the directory containing the SnowRunner .pak files, the default directories for these are as follows:
STEAM: SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/SnowRunner/preload/paks/client
EPIC: Epic Games/SnowRunner/en_us/preload/paks/client
Note: WinRAR is highly recommended, but not required, as long as your zip program of choice is capable of repacking .pak files, then there should be no issues
Install textures to –> shared_textures.pak\[textures]\pct (note that repacking this file can take up to several minutes, WinRAR may appear frozen, but it IS still working, just give it time!)
Drag-and-drop the contents of the XML folder into initial.pak\[media], they should automatically be sorted into their correct directories within the file
