Cloudy weather v0.1
The weather is the same as on the screenshots, there is no sun at all. The nebula changes slightly (on average, as in the screenshots).
Sometimes you can put on cards with flooding, autumn cards / mods, with rain mods.
The archive contains standard files.
You can install only the media file, but the effect will be weaker, and evening, night are slightly different.
